The current release of Spectrum Mill, v7.08, from the Broad Institute is intended for experienced users of SM with a prior version, v6.0 (released Oct 2016) from Agilent or v7.0 from the Broad Institute.
In August 2021 a version will be available that is also suited to new users, including demo data sets, a getting started guide, and an updated introductory webinar.
Spectrum Mill runs only on Windows and currently supports data from 2 instrument vendors: ThermoFisher Scientific and Agilent.
The software is available free of charge, with the following license terms.
Setting up a server to run Spectrum Mill requires not only installing Spectrum Mill, but also installing Perl, Java, and R.
In order to obtain all components necessary to set up a Spectrum Mill server, access to shared folders on the following Cloud Platforms will be enabled
for individuals completing the registration form below.

Microsoft OneDrive (requires OneDrive/Sharepoint account)
